Hello everyone,
Been a lurker here for a while now and finally decided to tackle the shop. I have been impressed with the GJ community. A lot of sites are a waste of time. I work in a warehouse on base and am looking to spend a lot more time in the shop (some forced due to the furlough) but it could be worse. the better half gave me permission this week to work on it instead of remodeling the downstairs bath. YA whoo! during a home tour recently I noticed a lot of "hot dawg" forced air heaters in the newer garages. Since I need to replace mine are there thoughts about this one?
Is anyone looking for a challenge? I am redoing the shop and could use some ideas. The shop is inside 23 wide and 27 deep. 10'4" inside. Weird measurements I know. Don't ask. Long story.
I've looked at some of the two car garages here and wow, I'm impressed. But since I need to multi task this cave I will not be able to go all out as some have.
this week is cleaning, straightening, leveling low spots in floor, repaint, melamine on walls to water proof, replace sink, re-epoxy floor, mount air and electrical reels. hmmmm, now that I write this its starting to sound like work.
who knows maybe I can send smoked salmon or reindeer sausage to the winner of the best idea of how to redo it.
well off to work/play. ya, that sounds better.
