Aloha Everyone,

Joined on 10/27/2015 but did get to this forum until today. I live in central Oahu, 15 miles north of Honolulu but the entire island is Honolulu County despite what the post office says. Thanks very much for all your advice and informative posts. I'm just a weekend mechanic (rarely) working on our vehicles. I used to work as a auto electronics installer (1985-1988) hence my collection of Snap On and Craftsman tools which I still have and use today.

My father was station in 82-86 on Schofield Barracks, and live on base and in Mililani.

Poke's fresh and cold. $10/lb down from $16/lb several months ago. What kind do you like? I like the oyster and somen sauce poke.

Awesome, that's where I work as a civilian. Looks like the Army here is downsizing.

I live in Mililani Mauka. It's all built up now from the 80's. Castle and Cooke is looking to build a new development on the next ridge between Mililani and Waipio-Gentry. Thanks
