Alpha Garage - HELP!

So about a year ago I did some research - mainly using this website - and for whatever reason decided I wanted to go with Wolvering Flooring for my garage. For those that don't know, Wolvering Flooring is sold through a company/distributor called Alpha Garage for residential applications.

Now that it's spring and I am ready to do the floors, I've been trying to order some flake sampes and get in touch with someone at Alpha Garage. Their website isn't processing orders correctly (nothing ever shows up in my "Shopping Cart" after adding it) and I have left numerous e-mails, voicemails and posts to their website.

I get fed up and finally call Wolvering Flooring today to see what the hell is going on, and this is how the conversation went:

WF: Wolverine Flooring how may I help you?
Me: Sales please
WF: How may I help you? (same person who answered)
Me: Is this sales?
WF: No, how may I help you?
Me: I would like to talk to someone in sales.
WF: Well I need to ask you some questions first to see who to transfer you too.
Me: OK what are the questions?
WF: (angrily) What can I help you with?
Me: I would like to order your product for my garage?
WF: So this is a residential project?
Me: Yes.
WF: Residential orders are processed through our distributor Alpha Garage
Me: Yes I know that - however I have been trying to order items and get in contact with someone there for over a week and no one has called or e-mailed me back.
WF: The man who is responsible for that is out sick.
Me: OK is there anyone else who could help me?
WF: No.
Me: OK so I should just wait until he is back? Do we know when that may be?
WF: He has been out sick for months. He was in the ICU. We think he might be back in about a month.
Me: OK so...
WF: We're not taking any new orders at this time.
Me: OK... thanks... I guess.

With customer service like this I am glad I didn't end up ordering through them. I can understand someone is sick and was in the hospital but seriously can you update your website to let people know or just take it down? And you can't hire anyone else to take over? Not to mention the girl I spoke to on the phone was a major PITA.

It looks like Epoxy-Coat might be another good choice to order from - does anyone else have any recommendations?

Residential business is nothing but a side job for Wolverine Coatings. They work only through Fred at Alpha Garage. Fred has been out with very bad health problems for many months. He is supposed to be getting better but we haven't had an update for a while now.

I did my garage through Fred last year and I highly recommend their products and his customer service. If you can't wait for Fred then go with Scotty, or Justin. They both have quality products.

Wolverine has no interest in Residential, and all says are through Alpha, who is very ill.

I was between Wolverine and Legacy Industrial. Personally, after lots of reading and talking to Scotty at Industrial, I will be going with his 600sqft kit, with primer and urathane clear. He is having a 1 day sale with 10% off this Saturday (April 5)
