Alternates to 3M Schutz applicator gun

I'm looking to reapply a factory style textured coating to parts of my car. 3M Body Schutz is perfect but I'd prefer not to buy the $110 3M gun for this one use. Has anyone used either a different system of the same caliber (Wurth etc, not rattlecan) or a cheaper gun?

That astro gun will work just fine, there are several generic "underbody coating" spray coating guns out there too, I usually search ebay for the cheapest one I can find.

Good reviews on the astro. Bought it. Toolrage has good prices on the body shots $25 a quart

For multiple uses, believe it or not the Wagner gun seems to get excellent reviews.

It has an undercoating gun as well as a paint gun, and is completely self-contained.

I want to undercoat the wheel wells of my dually, so I'm going to give it a try.

I bought one from HF years ago, works just fine, as good as the 3M I borrowed. Probably same as the astro
