Hey it's the truth! They're about to that point where you'd give them to your toddler to go along with his plastic Black and Decker pretend tool set.

I seem to have acquired several MAC cutters over the past 10 years or so... Junk. I too have seen other China made specials outperform the MAC ones I can't warranty anymore. The Snap-on ones I have are good, quality is there. Knipex seems a bit better...

Personally I never buy anything from Mac or Matco. I'm just not impressed. I have a vast selection of branded items in my toolbox at the hangar. Knipex pliers are hands down the best. I don't care for Snap On pliers (except the 808). I find they're usually too bulky for tight areas on aircraft.
