I don't know if anyone here has experience with www.shortrunpro.com, but I have had enough with them. I currently use shortrun to make my brackets in large numbers. Recently I wanted my brackets to have the edges round off on my brackets. Short run, when redrawing them decided to change the size of the bolt holes as well....30 useless brackets later....anyway. If you do plan on using this company, just be aware their customer service is pretty horrible.

Ok so the question I have is, can someone suggest another company who offers similar services? I would really rather not continue to give my business to shortrun.

Try the RFQ forum on cnczone.com, or RFQwork.com. And then there's always emachineshop, but they're a little pricey.

I never heard of them before and just checked out the site. There has to be some local shops that you can use and the local prices have to be better than what I was quoted on the site.

Good luck!

Thanks guys....I'm pretty sure they contract their work out to someone else. I'm almost positive actually. So yeah, if I could find somone local it would be cheaper no doubt.

update: It looks like Short run will be fixing the issue for us free of charge :) A bit of a waste of our time, but they're taking care of it. Depending on who you talk to they handle business. Just venting frustrations before.
