Anyone using aluminum cabinets in the garage? Do they hold a lot of weight without shelves bending like particle board shelves. Looked at baldhead steel cabinets but are they heavy. Any brand better than the other?

Aluminum dents easily, too. Why are you concerned about weight with cabinets? Generally speaking, the heavier they are, the stronger and more durable they're going to be.

Just looking to do upper wall cabinets so dents I don't think are an issue. As far as weight, shipping charges to get them here and I have to hang them. Like the looks of Moduline for not that much more money

I have a long Moduline workbench with drawers and a cabinet. Given a reasonable length and load, the shelves are strong and won't sag. Since you are hanging your cabinets, I don't think you would load them heavily anyway. They are well made and finished.

For floor tool cabinets, the steel ones (I have Proto) have a more satisfying heft and operate more smoothly, orbably because of the weight, among other factors.

Some cabinets I did for my trailer, threw a bunch of stuff in and hit the road with no problems.
.060 thick 5052 aluminum with return bends on the shelves for strength.
The Ford logo was a poor attempt to emboss them, did it quick and dirty but need better tooling than I used to do it right.
