Aluminum Oxide before or after clear ?

I just purchase some Epoxy for my garage from EpoxyMaster... I've read the directions and watched their DVD. Everything says to add the fleck and aluminum after you coat/spread however nothing is ever mentioned if you are adding a clear after.

I purchased some Clear/Gloss (HPU) from Norkan to add more protection to my floor. I know I add the fleck and allow to dry then coat with clear... My question is, do I spread aluminum over base coat or clear ? my guess would be after the clear is laid for better grip however I know nothing.

I added the aluminum after the clear (on top of the clear) in one section where my wife gets out of the car. It is very rough, but I put alot. I would never hear the end of it if my wife slipped on her ***. If it is put before the clear it kind of rounds off to little humps in the clear and not as rough.
