I just picked up a Bendpak Aluminum racing jack. I think it is the best racing jack out there. It is made very well. The handles on the side make it easy to maneuver.

It is the only jack I have used so far that will fit under my vette, (with lift pucks) and my Pantera.

Check it out here:

Aluminum racing jack recommendation BP Vs. HF

It may look like the Harbor Freight jack but there are differences. They are completely different jacks.

The Bendpak jack is a rapid pump type jack requiring 4 pumps for full height
The HF takes 13 pumps

Raised height:
BP 17.75"
HF 14.75"

Length:
BP 24"
HF 20.5"

And you know an extra 3.5" of length makes all the difference in the world!

Weight
BP 39'
HF 24'

HF does have a rapid pump jack which I suspect are made in the same factory.

I have had this one for 6 years and it still works perfectly. Not a bad deal for less than $100 on sale.

I've personally gone through 4 of these jacks in the last few weeks. Each one I've gotten was TOTAL garbage. Not only would it take 20 or more pumps to reach full height, two of them actually had slow leaks and would drop down.

Now on the other hand, the HF jacks that are smaller have all worked perfectly for me for years.

Also looks like my Craftsman race jack. The first jack didn't quite make the end of the warranty but the replacement has been good to go for the last 3 years. I have a heavy pump-yer-azz-off HF jack that I bought about 10 years ago for $30. Works good and I can't bring myself to get rid of it.
