Am I crazy?

I always find myself doing somthing, maybe not fixing somthing but stupid things like turning this brass bed foot into the handle on my wood stove.. Seems to take me forever but I am usually satisfied with the results of my labor, so am I just a nut job or does any body out there find themselves doing "busy work" just trying to use somthing cool that would otherwise go to waste.? I also got this new pet, I named him proto but he used to be Mack. He's a great pet.

Yes, you are crazy! That is clearly better used as a shifter knob, toilet handle, 2 post lift handle or a trap door release for the alligator pit.

Bonus if you can get it to light up!

For your projects I think you are going fine
If it takes you twice and long and twice as much to do it your self and have something unique but you are happy then it's worth it.
As far as you being crazy....at this point you only show 7 posts so it is too early to tell.
Keep posting and we will keep an eye on you to see if your crazy or not.

I'm putting that stove in the kitchen to heat the house. I'm almost done just got to paint it and move it from garland to wilmer.
