Probably. In fifty years, I've never seen one. The round dies do exist and the die stocks are inexpensive.

In fact, I've got at least four diameters of round die stocks and don't believe I've ever owned a hex stock. I'd always assumed the hex was so they could be turned with a wrench.

nye and reed made square dies. ebay search yields nada.
i do have 1/2 thru 1 npt square dies in nye, fwiw. no handle. they have been lifesavers when encountering near zero clearance

1/8-27 NPS was/is commonly used on lamp fittings. Most hardware stores stock threaded lamp tubing in various lengths.

Die stocks are often inexpensive, so the choice of die should not depend on the die stock you already own.
