When I built my new workshop I turned the old 12 x 20 garage into a storage shed.

Rule #1: No wife stuff, no kid stuff, no yard stuff in the shop. It can go anywhere else, but not in the shop.

Besides the 24x24 2 stall attached we have his 16x30 carport/shed. Enclosed portion is 12x16. 30x40 shop is in the background

i've got enough space in my two shops to find a corner for my lawn tractor, and the compressor room holds all the rakes, shovels, blowers, trimmers etc..

I never said that I wasn't crazy.

Retirement has been great so far too.
