Am I over scuffing before the clear?

The is Epoxy-Coat, which I could not clear coat in the 18-24 hour time frame. I'm sanding it with 100 grit using that orbital hand sander you can see in the photo. Not pressing too hard just North-South, then East-West. Only exception is where I put down extra coats over the crack and moth landing, really sanded those edges for a better transition.

So will it look shiny again after the clear? What else should I do for prep, just vacuum and mop?

After the clear is on it will be shiny. You only need to lightly rough up the surface. Let me know if you have any other questions.
