hey group,
new guy who is keyboard challenged, stumbled on this site looking for help with finishing some clear coat. just googled it and here I am. The advise led me to register. I usually just steal info but the knowledge comes thru on this topic.
I'm 60 years old live in Monterey Ca. and hang with my 2 standard poodles way to much. Love to fish but don't do it enough and have nephews that I spend time taking care of their vehicles. Something to do I guess. Dogs are awesome btw, and I mean all dogs.
So anyway thx for the help in advance
looking forward to finishing my nephews 95 civic
clear needs work
happy new years

Greetings and welcome. I have found that applying clear coat is fairly straight forward. You prep the base coat and once you have properly reduced the clear coat for the temperature and set the pressure at your gun, you then spray it just like you did the base coat. Other than that, if you share some additional details, I am sure others who have more experience will chime in.
