Amazon.ca JH williams?

on amazon.ca they have a large amount of "Snap-on" industrial JH Williams that look identical to blue-point tools for around 1/2 price. Does anybody have any experience with these? Are they worth the money?

Made in Taiwan, where I bet a lot of Snap On is also being made now.

The USA stuff is a pretty good deal, just hit or miss of it being in stock or not. For example this set is about 1/3 the price of SO.
