This is a fantastic tool and excellent quality from Japan. I’ve used mine a few times and really abused it once and have been very impressed.

The Anex offset driver is gear driven. I have no experience on the other long skinny one you linked.

I have broken multiple chain drive ones with 1/4 impacts. A gear drive one sounds strong

I think the long skinny ones are good for 55 lbs torque. The gear drive can take more.

Just a bit more possible torque out of the Anex:
-17 series 230 Nm (~170 ft-lb)
-19 series 180 Nm (~132 ft-lb)
-30 series 500 Nm (~368 ft-lb), both long and short versions
-32 series 500 Nm (~368 ft-lb), long only
