Have you used the override button? The instructions are very lacking. I figured you could hook it up as normal then hold the override but it seems like you have to hold the override then hook it up???

I have several of the Noco Genius battery chargers and really like them. The only thing I didn't like was the proprietary connectors - I converted them all to SAE connectors, as I have several things already wired for SAE and it made sense to me. Now thinking about one of these jump boxes. Have you ever had issues with these connectors? Anything we should watch out for with these boxes?

This time, I was transferred to 'billing' - EXCELLENT person, who after I explained everything said (paraphrased) 'I can't speak plainly, but [in code] yes we're having personnel trouble in customer service', took immediate care of my issue, and told me to ask for billing if you have ANY trouble.
