"It's better to have and not need than to need and not have"! I got tired of struggling with tractor tire in the field after I lost a valve stem. It's so much easier to replace them in the shop. When I first saw these "emergency" stems, I ordered some and put them away for the future. Fortunately, the future has yet to come! Having said that, tomorrow is a new day.....

I had a battery that may be flaking out and was looking to replace couldn't find a 20v lithium ion B & D battery under about $42. Then I found this drill with battery for $35. So got a cheaper battery and extra drill.

Thanks for posting this deal. I ordered one probably 10-11 hours ago and got the $13.97 price and Amazon has already changed the price back to $37.97. I wonder how long it was available at the lower price. Hope some members got to take advantage of the deal.

I got that Amazon deal. Thanks! I bought two for $14 each. I've never seen them in person but even if they're **** I can find a use at that price. I have a small garage/shop and I look for tricks to save space. Currently when I need extra workspace I put a 4'x4' sheet of plywood on top of two sawhorses. Using two Workmates would make it even more stable. Plus, I can put a chop saw on one and use the other for the outfeed. Or use one for the outfeed of the table saw.

I wish they were wider though. 24" is pretty small. I'm eyeing the design and I might widen them by replacing that 4"x24" crossbar and the top boards with something wider, like 30" or 36".

Earlier today, I actually went by Slick Deals and saw the HD offer there. Based on what I read in their thread, the HD availability and pricing was based on the store you are shopping at. I went from my home store where it was selling for normal price to a zip in CA and it came up at the sale price. The evil in me, wonders if Amazon has the ability to cross reference the HD website with one's home Amazon address?

I am glad some folks were able to get it (wherever they were able to get theirs).

I just went back to SD and saw this on that thread...

"Sorry, this deal has expired."

Looks like it was declared dead around 14:00.

l'm in the same boat too! I want to put all my benchtop tools on a shelf and use these as portable tool stands!

I have noticed the last year or two Amazon really bumps prices around. If you are trying to get a deal and aren't in a hurry I swear sometimes I think their algorithm or whatever drops the price if you look a few times but don't buy.

B&D Workmate 125 BACK IN STOCK (my local HD was OOS earlier this week) at Home Depot for $13.97. I just ordered one 5 minutes ago.
Regarding Amazon, I've seen them raise the price after I looked at an item a few times and later checked it. I figured they think I really want the item if I keep coming back to it. Who knows.
