Someone suggested the Smart Ratchet to me on here because of the tiny head. Got one and was impressed. It was ~$30 + $20 shipping from Japan. Then one night I was half asleep browsing tools online and saw something that looked just like it branded BGS. Ordered the 3/8” drive version and it came today. In the SEK documentation it lists their MHR-3 3/8” drive ratchet as having a head width of 22.5mm:



And here’s my BGS 611:



The only downer is the comfort grip. Why go to the trouble of selling a ratchet with a tiny head if you make the grip so big? I’m thinking I will probably remove it and press on something smaller but for now I’m going to try leaving it just because it’s my favorite color.

All kinds of uses for alcohol. Its the best non aggressive degreaser out there for adhesive prep or vinyl decal application, for example.

One caveat, Amazon insists on shipping the long clamps unboxed, so at best some of the pads will be missing, at worst they'll be bent or broken. And it can take 6 months to get them.
