I have no idea how good of a deal this is. It's a little bigger then the one above.

The price is ok adjusted for inflation. I bought it from Sears in June 2017 when they were rolling points like crazy. It was on sale for $233 and after coupons and points I paid about $100.

It's small but capable. I'd get this one over the Atomic version. I've always felt the Atomic line is a bit under powered.

At under $5 those are priced about what they're worth. Which is to say, significantly less than one from than Harbor Freight.
They're not kidding when then say "light duty".
Agree. I made the mistake of assuming every Bessey clamp was going to be similar in quality to the $8 yellow guys.

Most of these are noticeably worse than the cheapest HoboFreight clamps lol.

This is really pretty good, and for $13 I’m very happy. Never had one before. We will see how useful it is for me.
I don't think you missed much. I placed an order at that price, then cancelled it once I read the horrible reviews.

It's pretty sweet, I still have a problem with the reverse switching of all my other ratchets but getting more use to it but I do like them, this is my third Koken.
So annoyed it went unavailable so quickly! Waiting for it to return.

Mine arrived today, so mini-review...

The head is really small, which is shown in the listing, but that doesn't fully sink in until you're holding it in your hand. In my immediate use case, that's fine, and the reason I bought it. However, the torque limitations on such a small head gear are probably well below the limitations of the 1/4" drive, so keep that in mind when you hang from the handle with both arms, trying to break a nut loose. Bonus feature I didn't notice in the listing... the swivel has a position lock. This might help keep the right bend in it when you're trying to slip it on that hard-to-reach bolt head, and you can't guide it on with your free hand. Anyway, I like it. And great price.

I can't say I've encountered many(any?) Korean tools. I figured Amazon was wrong but Zoro says that too. I wonder if they are a step up above typical Chinese quality or worse.

There are some pretty good deals on Engineer pliers. The prices have been declining for months on a lot of them. If you haven't checked prices lately you might want to.

Some recent drops:
Engineer Screw Zaurus DF for φ 3 to 9.5 mm PZ - 33 $17.85 --- $23 lately.

ENGINEER PZ-22 Gripping Pliers with Carbon Steel Serrated Teeth - Most Affordable ENGINEER Pliers for the DIY Guy $14.42 --- $20 typically

A very good deal on this 72T Koken ratchet, if you are willing to wait 1-2 months for delivery. This is a 3/8" anvil in a 1/4" drive body. Sells for $139 at Koken-USA.

I ordered the Koken 2726ZB-3/8 ratchet on Jan 29 and received a shipping notice today, much earlier than expected. No waiting 1-2 months for me. :) I expect it to arrive in 10 days or less, based on past experience.

Same here.

The 2725ZB shows not available, although I don’t see as much of a point to this longer straight version.

Probably off loading inventory as some competition just dropped. Price is $19.99 but will sell for around $13.99 - $15.99 after coupon which seems available often. Next ITC 30% off under $20 and it will be mine!
