This seems to be a very good deal. Sony noise canceling bluetooth headset

Sony WH-1000XM4 In black $193.00

I bought them in black a few weeks ago for $35 more than this price. They are highly rated and I am very happy with them. Happy with the active noise canceling as well as the sound when playing music. Enjoy!

*I know not new, but for comparison purposes*

I picked up a pair of used/like-new XM5s last year for just under $200. They look to be a little over $200 right now. I couldn't tell they were used at all. I know sometimes during Prime Days they have an extra discount on used, but doesn't appear to be on these. I did see 7% back if no-rushed shipped on a Prime card

I tried to buy a pair of apple buds yesterday. checked out and gave me a total. Banged my credit card for a higher amount. They charged the wrong tax rate , so i got on and cancelled them. they did that a few months ago also and took several weeks for a refund and if you google it , its evidently common practice with them now. When i cancelled I had them call me , lady said it was for shipping. yeah right , it was prime free shipping and I'm a member. I'm not sure prime is even worth it anymore.

What was the discrepancy? 2%?

yes, its only 2% , its not the money, its the principal.
#1 why should i be penalized 2% for them not having their **** together?
#2. I don't live in the city and the city shouldn't be collecting money they are not entitled to.
#3 they changed the total due from what was shown on checkout without any warning or questioning. I wouldn't have know if i didn't have my credit card alerts set up.

Seems like a deal for a combo trimmer (says carbide) and end trimming pliers for laminate (PVC for example) edging.

$6.39

Clone of similar Fastcap products.

Just one review so not sure how well they work, but might be worth taking a chance.

All the new chucks I've gotten the last few yrs come w/both sets of Jaws. Lots of vintage chucks come w/both sets....this one's offered w/two sets in a different brand. Maybe I'm missing what you're saying. The bolt-on jaws of the different model are indeed reversible when you unbolt and flip them.

I'll chuck this one and dial it to see how bad it is once it gets here. Good enough to cut wrench flats or hex heads for the price I reckon.

Got this one and runout was >10 thou w/visible scoring/burrs/marks on the taper. Making Amazon send a replacement....I've been pretty brutal w/returns the last 6 months....I'm starting to see it as my moral duty to keep them honest. That I get deep refunds or free items in return is a sacrifice I'm willing to make. :D. We'll see how long before "tiered prime membership"

Also got these but didn't want to post until I had 'inspected' them. All ran less than 2 thou so a fair deal imo; we'll see how long they keep their accuracy. A bit loose snap in the nut but preferable to oversized:

I have found that the cost of "principal" often outweighs the cost of the issue at hand. Its not worth the 2% for me to go through the motions to have to call someone, cancel the order, get it fixed, get mad about, reorder etc.

It is enough to get it fixed before I make another order through an email or chat window. Everyone has their own windmills, I guess.

enough people notice getting f'd is how vendors get penalized by big daddy gov. for good reason. One billion here, another billion there, soon you're talking real money.

This thing isn’t bad. Extra chain, two slow charge batteries. Started to seem to need a battery swap after 15- 20 minutes, which exceeds my pruning needs. They put gloves, goggles, files, oil dispenser, but no oil, screw driver, and a wrench in the box. Those are lowest quality items but better than nothing. $35.

Edit: This SeeSii tool is compatible with Makita batteries. Made it easier for me to try this tool.

While more expensive, the Alligator (B&D or CM version are the same) has done everything I have asked of it and then some. I have probably cut logs in the 6-8" range with it (exceeding listed capacity). The best part is that the "jaws" turn it into chainsaw scissors, so anyone from a 7yo to a 90+you can operate it safely (trigger is in both handles, squeeze to turn on). Only annoyance is the lack of any kind of oiler (small dump spot only). The B&D "kit" is slightly cheaper if this is an orphan tool (or last link is for the 120V version, cheapest).

No effort at all. Just a touch of a button. You can have them call you. The last tme I didn't notice it and it took two weeks adn three peopple for a credit. Most of my purchases are at the correct rate so its actually odd but i am not waiting two weeks for a correction. And to add at that time they didnt actually give me the credit back, they made it as they gave me a gift.

Bought two during that $8 deal. Used one once. Have moved them heavy suckers out of the way more than anything.
I went full retard, I think I have 8 of them in a drawer. When I die I’m guessing my wife will be sending at least 4 brand new clamps off for donation.

The listing shows the country of origin as *both* Canada (near the top of the page, under "about this item"), as well as China (further down, under "Product Details".

Either way, "Drill America" might be a misnomer for this item :D
At that price, I'm leaning towards made in China. Maybe the case is from Canada? How much would a drill bit set be from Canada?

I'm sure no one makes drill bits in Canada.... Or do they ...

And I don't actually know which of their products are made in Canada

Brad point M5 is oddly cad $11 but the M8 is only cad $8.

But I usually only buy singles when I wear something out in a set... And I'm usually using inch or numbered sizes

Oddly, I don't actually own a metric set of bits, just individual metrics.

I got the bits, and as mentioned in one of the reviews the case is nothing like the picture:

IMG_3126.jpg
I I kind of like the form factor for storage and transporting. I have this set I think

This case even has a belt clip which is nice.

I can't tell, does that one have the belt clip on it?

Most of my sets all come in the standard flip up metal case but I don't mind, but I found I really liked that packaging mechanism for larger bits with the set.

Yup - has a belt clip, though as heavy as it is I think it might pull my pants down :ROFLMAO:

I don't mind the form factor, it's just different than what is pictured.

Interestingly I cannot find a COO on the box.
It does say they cause cancer in California, though.
stamped on the bits themselves?

Drill America is notorious for mixed COO, despite the name

supposedly some is in fact USA and decent quality but a real toss up if you get that
