Don't remember if noted in this thread or not, but these "Blems" are typically brand new, likely sold that way due to contract restrictions with HD. My experience confirms that. Only thing negative I can say about this company is sometimes shipping quality leaves a little to be desired. My last power tool purchase was shipped in its retail box alone, seems ok but I feel like I got lucky on that one.

I 100% agree with you, I received a dented Ryobi Drill Press with a dislodged power on/off button - drill press still works, but I'm stuck with it as it was past the return policy
