Amazon LED Lights OOOLED, Sunco OK or Junk?

Hello all,

I am building a new home with a 950 sq/ft garage and 10' ceilings and looking for some advice on lighting. I did read the best lighting fixture ever thread and it looks like a good option and cost is about $35 a unit. My concern is that housing is not very aesthetically pleasing, very basic looking, and does not appear to be linkable which would be a nice option if I have any dim spots.

I have found a few options on Amazon that look nicer and offer a better price point but I want to make sure that they are not junk. Can a light guru look at the ratings on these and tell if they are worth buying? Or does someone on here have first hand experience with these?

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078WJ97Y7/?tag=atomicindus08-20

Please let me know if either are worth buying or if there is a better option I am overlooking. Thanks,

Peter

The fixtures in the best lighting sticky are ten times better than the ones on Amazon in terms of light quality and fixture longevity. they are linkable but you have to use conduit or other forms of hardwiring. It's much better than a bunch of extension cords draped about your ceiling.

They will also mount flush to the ceiling so they will look nicer than the "shop light" stuff that you have linked.

I agree with Bert, These are just cheap shop lights that plug in. Get a surface mount fixture that hardwires.

All garbage.
I've often wondered why folks that just spent a bazillion dollars on building a new house think that $20 lights are a good idea.
