I got an email last night telling me that I didn't meet all the qualifications for the promo. I guess I will have to call them today and tell them they can either give me the promo or cancel the order. This is ridiculous. They told me on the phone they would refund me the promo amount and now they back out.

Mine has now shipped at the adjusted cost.

Mine shipped without the 20% deducted. I emailed them this morning, so I will see what they say. If they won't refund me, then back it goes. I don't really have a great need for this hex impact set at the moment, I just figured I might in the future. Like someone else here said, it really isn't that great of a set due to several skips in the metric sizes.
