Amazon supplier didn't comfirm my order

What should I do next? The tool is was ordering isn't even on the suppliers website.
I don't know why then amazon would be selling it then.

Did you order through amazon with amazon payment etc?

Many times I hear nothing from the small sellers or even large and a package eventually arrives.

What exactly did you do and they didn't?

Short answer unless it was big money, give it a week or so.

With 3rd party sellers on Amazon, I frequently get the item in the mail before I get an email. If you're worried just find their customer support email (the tool seller, not amazon) and send an email.

I do a lot of buying through amazon, and I pretty much 100% of the time get confirmation emails. Amazon handles the payments and everything, and the seller just sends the item if it's not fulfilled by amazon. I would make sure that your account was charged for the purchase before contacting amazon or the seller

If you buy an item of Amazon from one of the Marketplace sellers, and the Marketplace seller never confirms the order or sends tracking info, Amazon simply refunds the money, or just cancels the order since you probably weren't charged in the first place.

I ordered a book from one of the Marketplace booksellers. The bookseller never sent any info to Amazon, so Amazon cancelled the order, and credited me the money.

If it doesn't arrive in the time from in your account page give it another week then call Amazon. I have a order coming from china and it gave me 5 weeks out with a 3 week delivery date with no tracking.

Supplyer sell lots of stuff not on there web sight and some times cheaper on there sight.

Amazon said the supplier did not confirm the order, they said that they did not charge my CC. They said I could contact the suppler, but their website doesn't even list what I'm ordering. Is it a glitch or what?
I'm going to check if its still available through the same way just see what has changed.

It's hard to say anything with zero details. What was it, link to it? How long ago did you order it? Who was selling it, amazon or a 3rd party seller? Like mentioned sometimes you won't get a confirmation email and the item will just show up. Give it a few days to arrive and then if it's not there when it should be call amazon and they will take care of you. Why don't you call the company instead of just assuming they don't sell it because it's not on their website?

Lots of details missing so not much help can be given.

Amazon doesn't sell it from them anymore. 7 days since I ordered it & still isn't confirmed yet, I cancelled the order & will reorder again through another amazon/supplier.

I reordered it through amazon & a different supplier yesterday at noon & got the conformation that it is being shipped this morning. Plus its 12 bucks cheaper.
