How long did you give them & did you try to contact them directly? I had a similar experience ordering a timing light which I cancelled & ordered from another vender. About 2 weeks after I cancelled the order I get a timing light from another vender out of Florida. I called them up & told them I had it & asked for return labels to ship it back along with e-mailing them & to this day I haven't heard back from them so it still sits in the unopened box on a shelf. I don't have a problem shipping it back, I just don't intend to have to pay for doing it because I cancelled the order way before recieving it. If it had arrived within a few days I probably would have paid to ship it but not 2 weeks later.

Received a tip on cheap taps from a board member on 10/25 . Places an order with Tool Gopher that day . The next day the order was canceled with no explanation Called Tool Gopher no Response. Checked the website, Price is higher. I guessed my question was answered.

As stated in other posts The price you advertise, is the selling price. Should you advertise a higher retail price and someone buys it's "Buyer Beware"

Am I wrong to ask for a level playing field?

Sorry about lack of details This was the 2nd order that was canceled by an Amazon vendor in 2 days I bees PO big time!!
