These are still made in Spain, but I believe they're made in SNA Europe's Irimo or Acesa factories. Bahco does rebrand some Irega adjustable wrenches, but the comfort grip wrenches made by Irega are a different style.

Here's a thread about the Acesa wrenches

Here's a thread talking about the switch to Irimo for supplying this style of Bahco adjustable wrenches

The small size (width) of air drills still gives them a place, but I certainly agree they are not something I want to use.

Scotch HR83 Hand-Held Packing Tape Dispenser with Retractable Blade for 3" Tape – Lightweight and Portable for Commercial Packaging, Shipping, Moving, Carton and Box Sealing

I got one of these Aug '18 also on AWD.

The retracting blade is another frustrating example of protecting us from ourselves. If it's a liability-inherent workplace scenario, fine. But if you're dumb enough to significantly injure yourself on a tape gun blade, you deserve everything coming to you. And yes, that (especially) includes me.

I extended the blade, ran a small sheetmetal screw into the slot in which the mechanism slides - and VOILA so much better.

I just taped up 3 Iarge boxes with it last night....

edit 12/25: upon closer inspection I have a DIFFERENT 3M gun, also with red handle, but it's a 2" (not 3"). The 2" is the gun I had to lockout the retracting mechanism. The mechanism on the 3" gun linked above is more subtle and works surprisingly well

Having spent time taping boxes all day, I strongly prefer the retracting blade. There's a bit of technique required, but I can do a box much faster and more reliably with one than the fix cutter. Not as handy if you want to pull a piece of tape off for something else, though.

I finally got some of the sticky back sandpaper. Had to laugh a little though because it makes you check a box stating that you are a professional and have read the safety stuff.

Missed out on the bamboo marshmellow sticks, would have been good to have.

Zippercat,

Sorry to be off topic.

Amazon just cancelled my order for this. Claimed “lack of availability” after delaying the delivery date a couple times

My uncle had a house with way high vaulted ceilings, had a bad cobweb problem. I am a golfer. Took a real long ball retriever, taped a car wash mitt to the retriever end, shot a little 409, and got the cobwebs. Will work with other extendable devices like paint roller, etc.

Merry Christmas.

Home Cheapo and www.domyown.com sells these cob web brushes and they work great.

Thanks for the heads-up!

Just snagged some for my in-vehicle emergency bags!

Just a note about leaving them in a vehicle.
They use a very small membrane to filter out the bacteria. If it is dry (ie never used) it should be fine to leave on freezing temperatures. But once you have used it if you let it freeze it could possibly lose all of its filtering ability. (Ice crystals will expand and stretch out the membrane)
I also don't know how well they handle high temps. Just something to consider.
