Amazon doesn't have much info on these listed, so here's some on this shelf. It should be laboratory quality stuff......

I received one of the two I had ordered today. They shipped at the same time, from the same warehouse and one is still half way across the country. They are pretty decent. While not strong enough to stack lead shot on, they plenty strong to store spray cans. They would be great for your bride's, your Mom's or your own, sewing/craft room (Mother's or Father's Day?). The shelves while some sort of plastic, are actually let into the sides and back which are also made of the same material. They went back up in price last week by $80.00, they are now back at $1.00 less than I paid.

Thought this would be useful as a flexible grounding strap for odd shapes or to use in making a small turntable for welding.

One intended use for this braid is to protect and shield cables, protects the electrical signals from noise. Used a lot in factory automation.

Not sure how it would work as a welding ground, the current rating is likely too low. It's not a great current conductor due to the loose weave.

You may be right.... my turntable has a 3/4” strap but it’s not tinned.
