So the Williams wrenches are made in the USA. The socket set is made in Taiwan. I have a smaller set no deeps. Made in Taiwan. Nice set regardless.

Chicago Pneumatic CP828 3/8" 50 ft.lbs. 150 rpm Ratchet

Regular $157.05, used good $44.77

I bought this. It is in perfectly fine shape and I am happy.
However it is very clearly a truly used item (not an amazon warehouse). When I checked my reciept I noticed it was sold by a third party, not amazon.
Seems some companies/people are now using amazon warehouse as a sort of alternative eBay.

May be good or bad, but keep an eye out

That's not surprising and rather smart! Selling as used (not lying), good condition (as you stated, "in fine shape"). You don't have to deal with eBay fees, eBay shipping, eBay bidders, and eBay bull$heet!

amazon's fees will be at least as high as ebay's, usually higher. The potential ******** level on Amazon is exponentially higher as well. The reason sellers put up with it is that amazon sends way more actual buyers to their listings than ebay.
