Chris King; I've not been impressed with the long term results of ceramic bearings and don't feel they justify the cost unless you really need the edge they offer when new. Kings on the other hand really do last for years; I've got one set of hubs still on original bearings 18 years later.

I'm just glad to have gotten the stand, after 15 years of working in a shop and another 3 of running a bicycle clinic it was rough not having the stand when I wanted to make adjustments. But warehouse deals came through.

king is good stuff. get the grease injector, pump slowly or you will blow out the seal. easy to put back in though. i am not a ceramic fan for durability but do think the kogel is better designed and will use it if people request it
