AFF underhoist stand

Received today. This is the second time I've ordered this. First order was canceled months ago. I ended up buying one from Harbor Freight, no issues. Decided to try again. (was expecting some hardware to be missing, no biggie) Was shipped out quick. Re-box over beat up original box in good shape. Missing half the pieces and ALL hardware. :rolleyes2 Description "Very Good" my foot... Do NOT recommend.

I have to wonder - there is another one still listed as "used very good" as of right now
Perhaps that is the other half of your parts???

@xjfish
Might be worth it to grab the other one and fingers crossed... you can complete one.
Return the left overs. Otherwise they both might just get scrapped.

I really wanted to keep what I had and maybe roll the dice again... Already shipped it back for a refund. Can't use one for awhile anyways due to other technical difficulties. :dunno: Maybe Amazon will keep shipping it out over and over? It would be nice if Warehouse could or would snap a pic of items at time of "inspection" and attach it to item listing.

Home Depot usually runs a special buy of the day on this with a battery for $159.
With the 5% coupon on the new one at $160 =$152 there isn't enough of a price difference to take a chance on used at $145.70, IMO.
Seems to me that AWD hasn't been the same since it changed to Amazon Resale. The really good deals are few and far between now, about half price used to be the norm, now the pricing delta is only a few bucks.
YMMV

$85.32 used very good

Huot 13166 Five-Drawer 1/2" Reduced Shank Drill Bit Dispenser Cabinet for Sizes 33/64" to 63/64" in 1/64" Increments

Should be made in the USA too

Grabbed it. Now I've got a space for Fractional bits from 1/16" to 63/64".

It was bent but I put a big trigger clamp across the offending corners and pulled it back to within spitting distance of square.

I bought 8 different Huot cabinets for standard, letter, number drills, and taps.
Most of them were about $50 or less on Amazon Warehouse Deals.
Price really jumped when it became Amazon Resale. I have been watching for a metric drill cabinet, but no deals so far. ( And, honestly with standard, letter, and number drills I can get close enough to any metric size I might need....😉

Did pretty much the same, had to settle for Vevor when cheap Huots disappeared.
Vevors are pretty much interchangeable with Huot except the dividers are full depth and welded instead of Hout's round bottom partial depth inserts.
Makes Vevor more difficult to customize. They do have better slides though.

The Metric Huots are just their 60pc Number cab (5x12 drawers) and 29pc Fractional cabinet (13,9,7) with different labels stuck on.
(So are the Vevors for that matter).

Seems like there's another thread going on discussing the vevors and someone mentioned they're not full extension slides? I guess technically the Huot's are not quite full extension but I only measure 1/4" between the back of a drawer and the face of the drawer above it at full extension. Close enough for me.

The Vevors are dimensionally different from the Huots, just enough to keep them from stacking or sitting side by side. I bought one for ~$30 when the Huots dried up thinking I could make it work. I can't. Ended up using it in a different location to store driver bits, countersinks, rotary tools, etc.

I really wish Huot would make a generic cabinet with movable inserts. It would be nice to be able to stack another cabinet for dies, die handles, arbors, collets, etc. Don't need sizes, locations, and labeling pre-determined; I already have a label maker I can use after everything is in place.
