Should there be any worries about the imperfections?
"Cosmetic imperfection(s) bigger than 1" on top, front or sides of item. Cosmetic imperfection(s) bigger than 1" on bottom or back of item. Large cosmetic imperfection(s) on the corner of the item. Item will come repackaged."

It says "cosmetic" so I would assume scuffed paint... If it's dented or damaged just contact them and you can get free return + full refund.
often this means that the packing is screwed up, and they are wrapping the whole thing in a bag, and putting an orange sticker on it.
often the item itself is barely, if at all, damaged.
i am sure that the people who are processing this stuff are getting judged on items per hour, not quality of review. i bet they have a screen, with check boxes for what might be wrong. . . . . . other than getting, say, gearwrench ratchets replaced with no name ratchets, or something like that, i can't remember when amazon was shipping something worse than described.
btw, that is why i dont deal with AWD stuff that is listed as "arriving soon". it is a customer return, and i have gotten burned too often by unscrupulous people stripping out new items and returning junk. it seemed to be happening a lot over the summer, but now that i think about it, i haven't noticed one of those in some time. i wonder if amazon decided to not pre-list returns, and pay more attention to making sure what comes back actually fits in the packaging. . . . . .
