I think I've officially joined the "AWD - More hassle than it's worth" club. Three of four of my recent AWD purchases have been broken, or someone switching out the item. Here's the latest jewel...a crappy nondigital unit someone swapped out for the proper digital one. Thanks, fellow society member.

Wow! Funny but not really. My last awd was a used like new August smart Lock. What I got was someone's old regular deadbolt. Wtf is with Amazon? Don't they check these things before they go out?

Well.... that just plain *****..... Sorry about that....

I just had a Makita AWD deal where someone swapped out some no name batteries for the 18V Makita’a I thought I bought.

Hopefully, it will be a painless return for you.... It does piss me off that these low life’s pull this $hit but also the fact that no one at Amazon bothers to look.....

I've had a similar string of experiences lately. Mine started when a set of roof rack crossbars, which I paid full price for as new, came in as a awd order and was clearly the wrong rack that had been returned several times. Making the situation worse they required me to take it to a UPS center to return ship it but the box that the original box was stuffed in was too large to fit in my SUV... What a pita.

Too bad you didn't have roof rack crossbars to carry the box on top of the car...

I had one, where I bought a 3/8 short SK breaker bar and what I got was a NAPA 3/8 ratchet. Fortunately, my returns to Amazon have been easy and non-stressful.

For anyone considering this one - This is just the board, without any of the tools.

To elaborate further, if it is DXXXB, the B at the end means it's only the board. If there is no B, it should include everything.

That said, I have now ordered 4 Wright board sets, and only 1 of those 4 actually came with the board. I'm quite sure all were supposed to and either Amazon or their supplier screwed up and only sent one box that had the tools in it. The one that came correct was two boxes taped together, and it had numerous stickers on it that was was a set of 2 boxes. Quite disappointing really, as I wanted a couple of the peg board style boards to actually use. The one I got isn't peg board and is too specific for my needs.

That *****. I've been watching a 30mm wright wrench that was listed as used-good, what showed up looks like its new, I've bought new at the store that didn't look as shiney. This is now my second tool like that, the first was a hammer with some scratches in the finish just on the striking surface. Knock on wood I've been nothing but lucky, probably bought about 20 items this year with nothing wrong.
