i bought a similar warehouse deal on amazon for an rmw castors trolly, it had major damage to the point where it affected functionality and it also was missing the axle, i fixed both issues and kept it but mine didn't even say major damage it said minor cosmetic.

you will notice that you can edit your own postings when this happens, even after you have submitted it. i make the occasional mistake, and try to fix them up. you can also delete them, if it is beyond all hope, and you want to erase the evidence that it was actually you.
