Thanks a bunch Duker. I bought both the "used acceptable" and then after seeing them went back for the "used like new".
Neither one was actually "used", they were shipping damaged boxes with new bins inside. None damaged enough to be unusable but a couple required some heat and clamps to pull back into shape.

I picked both these up thinking at least one of them should work. Red Wings clock had broken neon, and copies of emails from April inside when it was returned for being broken (inspected by Amazon, my ***). Yellow clock was not the one pictured but rather a Chevrolet clock. Appears new and is of noticeably better quality (and strangely smells strongly of citronella). That one I'll keep.
