the SK is more money, but it is in stock, while the craftsman one isn't, and likely won't be again.
it is also possible that the materials are different, even though the molds are the same. sometimes, when things appear identical, the prices reflect a difference in material (strength or hardening of metal, variety of plastics), quality (of chroming material or other finishing) or even warranty or availability.
or, aside from colors and the brand stamped on them, they are truly identical, and SK gets more because SK is a more "premium" brand.
