I would be very careful with this. This was originally posted and I bought it. What came was the Elora box with a cheap Chinese Craftsman $4 cutter inside. I returned it after telling Amazon exactly what was in the box. This appeared back on Amazon 3 days after I returned it. Can they be this incompetent? Please let me know if you buy this and find the same Craftsman black soft handled junk side cutters in the box.
Yep happens all the time. I actually think I got the same item AGAIN weeks later that I had originally sent back.
some items are perpetual listings on AWD. i assume it is to "adjust stock" without calling into play some contract issues. other vendors do this. have you ever ordered a "refurbished" computer, and had it ship from china? they dont ship them back to china for that, they ship them to mexico. this allows the manufacturer to sell an item, often "last year's model", at a discount without it interfering with prices listed in reseller contracts.
as for AWD putting an obvious fraud back in stock, i was told, two or three years ago, that if AWD takes an item back, the computer automatically returns it to stock. only when it is returned twice is it tagged for inspection, and the notes for why it was returned are checked.
