I feel your pain! Amazon did it to me twice on the same order. They shipped a package of 100 hacksaw blades in a paper envelope. All I got was air. Third time they managed to use a box.

Whoever ordered this just a heads up the reel doesn’t ratchet or lock. It is bashed to one side. Fairly sure it is the same one I sent back based on timing.
If you think you can fix it that’s good. But the damage is hidden
