Thank you, grabbed the wheel chock. Will be nice to have something a bit more purpose made than a block of 2x4.

I have a cheap plastic set that came with my boat they work great but I usually find a 2x4 or piece of firewood before I get to them so they rarely get used

Sorry about the tree on your garage Duker. That’s a bad way to start a day. If I was closer I would bring a chainsaw and help you but Kentucky is a long way from Houston

Sorry about the tree, at least everyone is ok!

That REED clamp meter should be pretty good. Made by CEM, same as Southwire and some other brands.

Oh man, that was some serious damage. Is everyone ok?

That is a bit of a drive but you could make it a GJ garage vacation and stop at other members along the way! [emoji3]

I appreciate the thoughts, I actually have to have a crew come in with a crane as it is leaning on a tree in our back yard which saved it from going through the garage. Our insurance adjuster will apply the cost to our deductible.

Yep everyone is ok and fortunately I had moved most of my equipment to the new shops so if the tree had done more damage it at least wasn’t to my equipment. Most of the damage is to my wallet limiting my deal buying for awhile!

pwhiitle and Duker,

Best of luck getting things back in order and great to hear that everyone is ok.

Trees are great while standing up, not so much when laying down.

Thanks Bruce.... yep love trees... just not laying on my house! I have a couple of them too close my barn... I have now been adequately incentivized to remove them now....
