The casters I had been watching.... and ordered two week ends ago, finally arrived yesterday. One box was shipped inside an Amazon box and had the requisite number of four casters inside it. The other set, was shipped just in the manufactures box, it was literally destroyed upon arrival and had lost two of the four casters some where while crossing the US. Those two casters will be heading back to Amazon tomorrow....

Bought two of the used ones and same thing except that mine somehow made it through. They're really rough on the "finished" wheel surfaces, so I think I'mm true them up on my lathe once I get some oil for it. They certainly are rough, but seem fairly rugged. One set came looking pristine in cleanliness and I thought it odd (one without an amazon box) and had no real dust on the casters. The other one came with dead bugs and dust mixed in with the grease (just like it caught and died there).

They seem to frequently mess up the multiple quantity orders. I had the same issue with a different item. It took 5 minutes to convince the SC rep that they made an error, and then 5 minutes on hold. They refunded my money and had me keep the item.
