I saw that one, but it looked like it was a single chair. I do see four listed in the technical details, now that you pointed that out, and comments and questions seem to confirm four chairs.

Yes it is, I assume because of the vinyl. If you bother to read, the construction and weight ratings are the same.

I did see that, was just noting it is a similar but different chair since it is a different series number. If you look at the pictures carefully you can see some of the differences.

You got a hell of a deal. While accuracy is very cheap these days, safety is not. The meter has very robust input protection, especially for this price point. Amprobe is a subsidiary of Fluke and though it is not likely that Fluke designed or manufactured this one (the board design points to Uni-T) it was clearly to Fluke's specifications. It is a very robust and safe meter, especially for $30ish.
