5 quart jug of Castrol arrived leaking but overall was intact. Also got a 6 pack of bulbs with one broken bulb. Chat issued a total refund on the bulbs and the oil with no return required of the remaining product. Also received a used pool pump instead of a pair of shoes my wife ordered that arrived the same day as the oil and led bulb. Chat sent a replacement pair of shoes, refunded the purchase price for the error and had UPS pick up the pool pump the following day. All in all, ahead about $190 from these issues and I have a nearly full, new jug of oil, 5 good LED bulbs still plus my wife got free shoes.

Urrea tools are older proto designs over all. There are a few things that are rebrands and can be an excellent value. I have no experience with their current sockets but have seen several of their pliers and adjustables. They are fine tools, but generally looser tolerances than the proto equivalent. I would expect that puller to be fully functional and as good as the proto version, but that said it's one of the least used pullers I own. The lack of a reliable way to lock the jaws in place limits it's usefulness.

I own that exact urrea puller set. It is well made, I have no complaints there.

That said, it rarely gets used as I have two good posilocks that are my go to.
I have several other two jaw pullers (all older), and the Urrea set is the nicest of all of them. Simply hard to compete with the posilock design though

What kind of quality are the URREA tools?

I own that exact puller sets, some various wrenches, and a number of other miscellaneous tools. Quality is fine - happy with all the tools them. Not museum quality pieces, but solid steel and well machined at a normally fair price. I'd buy Urrea over chinese made tools any day. To me they are comparable with the better made in Taiwan brands.

Their box ends are neat in that they have both metric and SAE sizes engraved on them. So it might be a 3/4 and on the other side it says 19.1 mm or something.
A nice touch, wish more would do it

Mostly use electrical tape for wrapping sections of parts I do not want to get blasted in the cabinet. Like bearing surfaces or spindle shafts.
