M18 SDS Plus - Dust Collector - $37 (New) - wish I didn't have a bull pup SDS. No idea why these are so cheap on Amazon.
Nice price! For a generic adapter using a vac, look on ebay for Milwaukee 5261-DE (with all three? handle bands), just can't take wide bits. Use them on Dewalts. The slap-ons shroud (48-03-3135) with a smaller hose tube attached to the drill aren't too bad for compact bits if the inspector isn't looking. Use a dust bowl for wide bits.

Likely because its for the prior generation of SDS drills. The $199 model on HD is designed for the current 2912 & 2914 models. I know the M12 had a universal design, but not familiar with the M18 offerings.

Because no one is searching for seasonal gear in the off season. That makes it a lot more likely for the warehouse employees to price it cheaper just to get rid of it so it isn't sitting around for months taking up space. I bought a "used like new" window AC this past January for $200 that normally goes for around $400. If you look at this Keepa chart you can see how the warehouse deals prices drop a lot during the coldest part of the year and go back up as spring starts to hit. You can see the same for heaters. There are a ton of them listed now for around half price. So now is the time to buy if your know your going to need one this winter.

I agree with this. Non only Amazon either. I got two a/c units, one large window and one free standing for super cheap on ebay last winter. I use them in my big shop, second shop and in two bedroom windows. It seems like one craps out regularly. They were like $125 each for $4-500 units. I already deployed the free standing one for one that died.

Yep, that's how I've scored great deals on the last few dehumidifiers I've bought. I look for them on clearance in the dead of winter.
That's an awesome idea, I'll have to figure out how to dig around. I've been waiting to put a heater in my workroom off the garage, even started a hole in the drywall for it and ran the line, but ideally, AC/Dehumidifier/Heat would be a better unit. Ideally, I'd run a mini-split, but I can't justify the expense of that! I considered the DIY kits, but heard they're not that good.

Heaters are in demand now though.

Same with firewood, been getting tons of calls everyday since end of August.

I nabbed that Bluebird air hose reel. It says major cosmetic damage. I'll be curious to see how "major" it is. Thanks.

Martin
I bought a Lincoln/SKF 3/8in 50ft for $55 with same description. Arrived with insignificant tear on box, reel was fine.
I do hope yours arrives in great shape. If it's damaged, just return it.

Those folding top bins are cool, but they are all over my local Craigslist in various sizes for around 5 bucks each. I bought a pile of various colors to sort my home remodeling stuff for $3 bucks a piece. 27 gallon units.

If you want them, just check your local Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace.
