Ordered two cutting boards to make knife handles out of. Both stated "used-very good condition" Some damage either top, side or bottom. One was imperceptible from new, not a mark on it. The other one had been used and abused, two "cuts" were actually gouges that were about 1/16" deep that went the whole length. Looked like the board was dragged behind the car over a gravel road too. (Amazon should not have even attempted to re-sell it.) I suppose this was an average that one being new and the other abused ****. LOL Returned the abused one. Paid $5 more for the new version.

I don't know how consumers in good faith can use a product then when they purposely damage and return it for a full refund. If I did that, it was on me I'd not return it.

These showed up today, just the 3 (not 4) pieces of metal knocking around in a gaping open box, no packing material at all. One of the saddle/column pieces was MIA. I sent them back. No telling if it was complete when AW graded it but seems likely the piece got lost on its way to me.
I tried to find a way to keep the one good one and do a half refund, but apparently that’s outside of Amazon’s policies.

I’m happy with this as a sloppy second for $33, but I wouldn’t pay $150. Mine said shopfox when it arrived, not clamp buddy or steelex like what I ordered. Unlike the reviews I thought the hardware was decent, and the casters quite good. Finish is bad and sharp edges. I like the cotter pins to move the rods around without tools. It holds clamps.
