It looks similar to the Gladiator roll-out type floor. I wasn't very impressed with the Gladiator stuff when I saw it in person. It looked really thin and I was concerned how long it would last.

For the money, I think VCT or the do-it yourself epoxy coatings would be a better choice.

If you are looking for a removable flooring option rather than epoxy, I would stay away from mats or pads as they tend to bunch up when you drive on them or roll something heavy- I threw mine out. The glue down VCT tiles will turn yellow from the tiles and stain, plus they are messy to put and tough to replace.
I went with Race Deck and called them directly, though Costco's current deal seems really good.
