Ammco Lift

Found this morning https://anchorage.craigslist.org/tls/d/ammco-vehicle-hoist/6401972307.html and was wanting info on it. My google-fu doesn't seem to be working.

I'm trying to find out all the specs on it, concrete depth needed and such before I go look at it. Does anyone know anything about this lift?

Appears to be the same one I have but my front arms are triple telescoping and don't fold back against the rears, but mine IS an Ammco 10k pound ALI certified lift and I love it. I like mine so much I took it with me from my old shop last year and now have it installed in my new shop.

The specs for the concrete are no different than most every other lift manufacturer, they recommend 4" of 4k psi concrete.
