Why am I reminded of an airport luggage cart? My only other thought... is that it may be a little top heavy.
That said... I like it.

Still have not decided on the wheels/casters. If I go with the actual wheels I might just use go kart wheels, if casters I like to use ones similar to the type they use on the HD flat wagons(I know those will hold weight) and as far as the actual size goes it will be 82" wide x 24" deep x about 5' tall. I have both side lockers, and the top/lower cabinets. Just need to weld up a frame.

i think i like the idea of making the carriage frame (carrying the storage portion) separate from the wheel frame ((means creating a skirt around the base))
The lay out looks cool but the true value will be in it's dimensions.

how are you moving this once it is loaded? Are your side cabinets built to handle a load of you pulling/pushing on them? If not you need to either reinforce them or plan to build a removable hinged handle (( like an industrial built little red wagon ))
