Greetings all. I'm a first time poster from upstate NY. I've read and lurked for a year, but have no garage. (insert sad music) But, that is about to change and hopefully will break ground this summer. I have not fully settled on a design, and have looked at many of your beautiful spaces.
There is one I'm trying to track down but can't remember enough details to find it again. I'm hoping someone can help. This is what I remember:
- it was in the Pacific Northwest (can't recall OR or WA)
- owned and built by a metal fabricator
- was not a large metal clad shop, but more of a smaller scale custom design
- had a double shed roof that did not meet at the ridge, but had a long row of stained glass windows on the short wall between the two pitches
- had a crane inside
- had a cool, large sliding door
- was just beautiful with great attention to detail
I've tried searching a number of terms in the advanced search to get this to come up. Any tips for searching would be appreciated, or if anyone recognizes this garage based on my crazy description, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks to all, and hopefully I can contribute some real photos of our garage in a few months.
Brett
