That is a nice looking building, looks like it has a big lot also. Are you going to work out of it ? or rent it out ?

pull the hoists, doll up the perimeter and wait. Judging by the surrounding buildings that should be primo property. If not now it will be some day.
You will be able to retire and build that dream shop.

So, what do you intend to do with/at the property?

It looks like a security nightmare to me. I couldn't rest well if I put my favorite toys in there. I just don't like the "fish bowl" thing for personal use. YMMV

In the PNW there's a coffee drive thru on many (many, many, many) such locations (stand alone, in the parking lot). Is that viable in Midland? Seems like an easy way to get some positive cash flow. With all the buildings/commerce around there, I'm thinking a good quality detailer would love to rent that location
