I found out some good information on the first auction post, I thought I would try a second. Neat old strange looking stuff. What are these things?

6 doesn't look like a hole saw to me at all. 15 kinda looks like piston ring compressors but i'm not positive.

i'd be willing to bet the previous owner worked on heavy trucks, or constuction eq.
i cant positively ID anything, but i'd guess most of it is for timing, fuel inj pump rack, and FI delivery valves

1. spanner wrench
3. kinda resembles a flywheel holding tool
6. looks like it would be for a gland on hyd. cylinder but not quite deep enough.

I'm almost positive all these tools have to be for construction equip.

#1 are hook spanners for adjusting collars on many items, locking collars on shafts or shock adjustments even hyd. cylinder caps. #3 is a Thexton alternator adjusting hook
#15 are feeler gauge blade holders #5-6-7-8 older cars needed tools for the chrome bezels on switches on dash boards, newer cars hide the nuts under plastic but older cars the bezel nuts were labeled and decorated items. #9 is a valve spring compressor for single cylinder flat head engines that use a pin for a keeper not split valve locks like most use

( repost of picture rather than going up and down looking at the picture)
I'm only 23 but work on a farm and around the place with old tools on old cars, old trucks and old machinery so here's my guess. (i have some of these tools)
1) collar spanners
2) is a spring compressor holder- squash the spring and tighten the wing nut
3) is a large collar spanner - would of had a shaft and handle with it- possibly goes with middle peice of set 11?
4) i have one the same thats an allen key, may be a valve guide ream?
5) dunno
6) looks like a collar socket- sometimes used as multifit sockets!
7 & 8) as said are for collars of sorts- like those on old motorcycle necks
9) as said is a valve spring compressor
10 & 11 top piece) fit together to make a copper pipe end expander - enlarges the end of coper pipe so you can put the end of another piece inside it and weld it together
11) dunno
12) see one bt dunno
13) valve clearance guide
14) as said battery pliers
15) seen used as a primitive form aof a shim gauge or a depth gauge

will show the pic to my pommy uncle- he should be able to tell me the rest.

7 looks exactly like the tool I had to make for windshield wiper transmission escheon nuts for my '50s cars. The nuts are actually chromed pot-metal rings with two notches in them. They thread over the stub that comes through the car's cowl that the wiper arm snaps onto.

#4 is an extractor like those used for yanking emulsion tubes out of Stromberg 97 carbs... they came in several sizes for similar tube gripping in various 1930's carbs.
#7 is also a specialized carb tool, identifiable from a '50's Snap-on catalog likely even if it isn't S-o itself.
#13 is spark plug gap gauge (I think KD), with the socket spum by thumb wheel and open end for removing I think Autolite ignition nuts, nuts atop old spark plugs.
